Digital Help is generally not recommended. Most patients would recognize this as symptom not cure. Fingers (gloved) may be used to support the posterior wall of the vagina during defaecation if they have huge rectocoeles. It is also possible to carry this support further by applying milking pressure on the posterior vaginal wall.
